At Lunar Stride, we want every step you take in our slippers to feel like pure bliss. If for any reason your experience isn’t perfectly cozy, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window
You may return unworn, unused items in their original condition (with tags and packaging intact) within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at service@lunarstride.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (where applicable).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges by approving a return and asking you to place a new order for the desired item.

- Items that have been worn or show signs of use
- Custom or personalized orders (if we ever offer them)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your slippers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@lunarstride.com with photos. We will resolve the issue quickly — your satisfaction is our priority.
European Union Customers
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items remain in original unworn condition.
