We craft each pair of Lunar Stride slippers with care, and we ship them with the same attention so they reach your home ready to bring warmth, support, and blissful relaxation.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–14 business days after processing (may vary by destination and customs clearance)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping on all orders $60 USD and above
  • $4.99 USD flat shipping fee on orders below $60 USD

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

International Orders

 International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
